Those over the counter make me beautiful products can be expensive even with coupons so how about trying to make your own at home.

Avocados are rich in natural oils, vitamin A,B & E, protein and unsaturated fatty acids. If you have dry or rough skin then avocados are good because it can lock in the moisture that you are lacking in your skin.

Avocado Skin Mask
-Start with mashing 1/2 an avocado
- then add 1 teaspoon of honey
-add 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
-Mix till its all creamy! 
- Make sure your face is clean before putting the avocado mask on...Enjoy!!
