FREE Iams Dog or Cat Dry food (With mail In Rebate)

Do you have a dog or a cat and want to score FREE food...

Here is what you do...

1. Purchase a bag of Iams dog food (2 lbs or larger)or cat dry food (1.8 lbs or larger)

2. Complete the Rebate form! If you have a dog print this rebate form.....If you have a cat then use this form 

3. You will have to return the completed rebate form, original sales receipt dated within 2/11/2011 - 6/30/2011 and the UPC  from the original package.  The store name and product has to be circled and mailed to the address on the form
